1. Introduction

Welcome to InboxAutomation These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, specifically the reselling of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office subscriptions.

2. Definitions

Service(s): Refers to the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office subscriptions provided by Voltic Inc.

Client: refers to the individual or entity purchasing the subscription services from Voltic Inc.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees: The subscription fees for the services are due and payable in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the client at the time of purchase.

Auto-Charge: By agreeing to these terms, the client authorizes Voltic Inc. to automatically charge the payment method on file for the subscription fees on the due date.

Payment Method: Clients are required to maintain a valid payment method on file with Voltic Inc. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service disruption or termination.

4. Non-Payment and Termination

Grace Period: In the event of non-payment, clients will be provided a grace period of 7 days from the due date to settle the outstanding amount.

Service Suspension: If payment is not received within the grace period, Voltic Inc. reserves the right to suspend the client’s access to the services.

Service Termination: If payment is not received within 14 days after the grace period, Voltic Inc. may terminate the client’s subscription and all associated services. The client will be notified of such termination via email.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for any charges incurred until the termination of the subscription.

6. Client Responsibilities

Account Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete account information and updating it as necessary.

Compliance: Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voltic Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services.

8. Modifications to Terms

Voltic Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
